Sabadell Zurich is a Joint Venture that originated in 2008 through the alliance between Banco Sabadell and Zurich Insurance to distribute insurance through banking channels.As a member of its Client Management team, my role focuses on extracting valuable insights from big volumes of data to enhance current business strategies and discover future opportunities for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Analysing customer data to understand behaviour and preferences. - Support the Project Owner in identifying opportunities and areas for improvement. - Assisting in the development plan for the communication channels, including the creation and deployment of business-focused AI algorithms.
