My main last achievements made have been to drive a global Customer Cross-selling profitability Project managed on a case by case basis for each Unit and to lead for the Steering Committee a back Testing process to monitor the performance of the big deals once they have been approved by the Committee.My aim is to achieve my professional goals, bringing with me a valuable experience in banking focused on Sales, Team management, Business Development, Product Management, Business Controlling and Controlling. Due to the multidisciplinary nature of many of my positions I have developed strong skills in Marketing, Project Management, Training, Legal and IT. My outstanding is pretty useful for any sort of Retail Mass-Market company.I´m used to report commercial and financial information directly to the Head of Marketing and Product, Head of Controlling and Steering Committees, as well as explaining those plans to 1.600 branches across territorial divisions or to implement management criteria to the different European units.
