At WestEd, I served as the Associate Director for Research and Evaluation, where I established and grew the Atlanta office, spearheading a team that secured over $17 million in grants and contracts. My role involved advising partners on enhancing program effectiveness, conducting rigorous data analysis, and disseminating actionable insights to stakeholders.
