Additionally, I have developed and presented individualized product demonstrations to clients in a variety of fields using software products, with an emphasis on Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service solutions. In addition to being 9x Salesforce certified, I have learned how to act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, where clear communication and collaboration with the customer are critical for every successful customer engagement I've been on.
