PattonAs an Eagle Scout, I’ve learned what determination is. Determination is not simply a value. Determination is a way of life. In my personal state of determination, I seek to help others and in the process grow in my own abilities and qualities. Throughout my time in the workforce, I have primarily engaged in the physical line of work, learning from the ground up about landscaping, animal care, agriculture, conservation, environmental protection, personal/crowd protection, and numerous other skills of the trades. Along the way I have obtained invaluable lessons that contribute to my never quit attitude and reinforce the credibility that has compounded upon my character. As I continue my education and seek roles in management, I look forward not to leaving all of this behind; rather I look forward to using my experience to better any environment that I become part of. I strive for a future in which I may use my talents and expertise in a purposeful manner to create tangible change. I look forward to a career in which I am able to help others through the implications of my work. My primary interests lie in Project Management as well as Research and Development. As an ideator and creative problem solver, I hope to enter the Defense Industry, where I can make a difference in leading teams to strategically create and implement new technology that helps to protect those who protect us.
