I was the Offshore Engineering and Design Liaison to IAC India. From September 2008 through June 2009 I was on assignment in Pune, India developing and managing the Offshore Engineering & Design team for IAC. Within that 8 month period our team grew from a 3 person operation doing minor design changes and feasibility studies to a 60+ man team that is providing Engineering and Design solutions for 7 major Automotive OEM's.
