I oversaw the development of interfaces for varying general ledgers for integration with the financial consolidation system and the developed their initial standardized chart of accounts, with a recent revision to the USALI 10th Edition.

Responsible for all low-voltage specification, development and installation management for 242 room 4-diamond hotel with expansion and integration with existing 107,000 sq. ft casino. Prepared conceptual/schematic design and shop drawings of low voltage/data cabling infrastructure, data systems, telecom and in-room entertainment systems, main distribution frame and intermediate distribution frame. Assisted with budget preparations, preliminary schedule for overall systems design and implementation/construction. Coordinated with Owner consultants such as dry utilities consultant, electrical engineer, interior designer, architect, scheduling consultant, FF&E purchasing agent, technical services consultant, security department, audio-visual consultant etc.

I designed the low-voltage infrastructure for this luxury resort and spa near Fort Lauderdale, FL including data, telephony and guest room entertainment. Acqualina features 188 residences and 97 guest rooms and suites, a 20,000 sq ft. ESPA oceanfront spa, two oceanfront restaurants including the acclaimed Il Mulino New York, three oceanfront swimming pools and an innovative marine biology-based AcquaMarine children’s program. I was also responsible for the development and installation of financial reporting systems including G/L, purchasing, a budgeting and forecasting model based on Microsoft’s Forecaster technology.
