I was born in Edmond and raised in Oklahoma City along with my five older siblings. We were all homeschooled by our mother through our high school graduations. After high school I attended a year-long discipleship/leadership school called "Master's Commission", which was based out of four churches around the metro. That year of service helped instill a desire to serve a community of people in such a way as to improve their quality of life. After that year and my travels across the continental United States ended I began attending the University of Central Oklahoma for a Bachelor's degree in Political Science - Public Administration.During my time at UCO, I was able to grow as a person and learn more about myself and the direction my life is going. Specifically, I learned that due to my character, personality, way of thinking, and the skills acquired so far; the best way for me to serve a community of people would be to lessen the negative effects of disasters. Here in Oklahoma we have our fair share of disasters and it is my desire to be able to prevent damage from disasters or restore order and normalcy as quickly as possible once something bad does happen.
