• Business valuation using intrinsic & relative valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis and Trading & Transaction comparable analysis (Comps)• Prepare financial models, including acquisition (LBO) and recapitalization models, to understand illustrative returns from target investments• Extensive research and analysis to identify new and emerging sectors and target companies for buyout (both Platform and Add-On) across APAC, North America, and Europe• In-depth experience in market and investment research with a high proficiency in using tools and databases such as FactSet, Thomson Eikon, S&P CapIQ, Pitchbook, Preqin, etc.• Company and management due diligence on live deals as well as for other potential acquisitions, which includes preparing investment memos, decks, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) to be presented to the investment committee for target investments• Provide quarterly updates on the PortCos of a publicly listed asset manager with $76B+ AUM using valuation models created to track potential returns at exit through metrics such as MOIC, CoC, IRR, etc.• Portfolio analysis for multiple clients varying from private equity, family offices, and asset managers on a monthly and quarterly basis, using tools such as PowerBI and more, to track returns and provide strategic inputs on performance, exposure, contribution, etc.

• Provide strategic account management to advertisers along with conducting research and analysis to develop new strategies to maximize return on ad-spend for advertisers• Advise on digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo technology across multiple channels Grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies, negotiating additional budgets along with upselling new Criteo products• Analyze a wide range of performance metrics to identify personalized solutions on a client level and ensure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, AttributableRevenue,etc.)• Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin
