- Underwrite potential multifamily and mobile home parks investments using COSTAR to support creating Excel models - Assist in the due diligence process, come up with an investment thesis, and provide support during the deal closing- Work with upper management in fund-raising by creating reports for recommended deals to send to potential investors

- Attend weekly meetings to work on technical skills and case studies relating to CRE- Assigned a mentor to help with the recruitment process

- Complete industry-specific training and assessments focused on developing interview skills, technical skills, and business fundamentals.- Receive individualized coaching and instruction to achieve professional development goals.- Explore corporate opportunities via webinars, events, exposure to industry professionals, and professional/ peer networking.

- Work with the lending department on analyzing deals and assessing loan values and doing market research.- Shadow the CEO and his team on their daily operations, including on-site property visits and reporting to investors.- Meet with appraisers and clients to assess property values and agree on LTV ratios.
