Responsible for building effective business relationship with Distributors, wholesalers and retailers to deliver company objectives and increase the brands presence across all channels Responsible for driving distribution of Blue Arrow brands along the retail and wholesale channel within my purview. Responsible for the depletion of Distributor stock via the wholesale and retail channel Responsible for driving Recommended pricing compliance across all channels. Plan, design and activate wholesalers’ promotion to drive volume growth. Drive volume depletion of focused brands and timely submission of reports to the region. Coach and train team members in line with monthly activities checklist. Identified training needs of Sales team within my territory and close all the gaps through accompaniment, training and coaching. Manages a team of 8 Wholesale Executives, 4 store keepers, 2 accountant, 2 logistic officer, and 6 delivery drivers Manages 18 Distributors to attainment of set target month in month out through effective and efficient sales and redistribution coordination. Ensures brilliant execution of all promotional activities by ensuring the right outlets are selected.

Market development, Organization of result oriented promotion activities within the areas of coverage and the available resources, Information gathering and Report writing, coordination of the Sales team towards achieving the set sales target, Ensure strict adherence to price regime and prompt remittance of sales proceed.

Distribution and Redistribution of company’s products with little or no supervision, takes active roles in the implementation of company’s various programs, most especially in the areas of Promotion.
