Remove wastewater from sewer & sewer systems via use of Combo truck. Operation of high pressure jetting from rodder hose nozzle will clear blockages, releasing wastewater that is backed up in sewer channel, allowing positive flow. High pressure jetting was also made at house calls to clear home lateral from backing up inside the house. Truck also includes a vacuum system, using high pressure vacuum to remove debris (toilet paper, “flushable wipes”, feminine products, asphalt, rock, etc) out of the sewer channel to ensure proper flow. Maintain face-to-face contact with customers & ensure high quality customer service.Emergency calls: turn water meters on or off, repair meters if broken, replace sewer lids & lid frame, locate utilities, televise lines & laterals: mostly we are checking for roots in the system, but also able to check for broken lines.

Cold call, outside sales, bank runs, money handling. Clerical duties as well: answering the phone, maintaining customer files/information sorting alphabetically, hiring employees based upon their skills. Obtain Comission based sales, promote business by any means necessary; Our way of doing this was applying company logos using: banners, signs, & posters.
