- Manage Quality Assurance on other NOC Officers' client communication, CRM logging and activities and all Production env. Alert Handling.- Coordinate / maintain the team's Knowledge Space.- Standby as On-Call for critical assistance outside normal working hours.

- Act promptly on service degradation and outages.- Front-Line incident management escalation on all production environment systems, and providing information internally on ongoing issues at a high standard.- Handle technical enquiries and resolve any client-side problems.- Troubleshoot discovered issues and understand the root cause.- Constantly suggest improvements to JIRA-documented incident and problem procedures to upper management.

-Diagnose and maintain intermediary network devices.-Provide hardware level support to end users.-Implement hardware solutions for multiple government sectors across the island.
