The key responsibilities include:• Efficient and effective management of assets, contributing to the broader objectives of the residential properties section• Manage the procurement, repairs, disposal and replacement of furniture and fittings in Embassy residential properties.• Monitor and review control requests for movement, repairs and replacements of assets, and assess quotations relating to assets procurement and other declarations to ensure value for money.• Conduct annual asset stocktake at owned and leased Embassy residences and prepare an annual asset stocktake report.• Act as property custodian for Embassy residences inventory, such as power tools, representation kits and settling kits. • Manage telecommunications installation, servicing and termination for Embassy residences. • Liaise with service providers and respond to routine requests for information on assets.
