About Joseph Ampofo

Joseph leads the team to provide retirement solutions to Companies & Individuals in the private sector space with over Ghs7billion in assets under management. Joseph has a strong passion for empowering people to enable them deliver expected results in the retirement and insurance space for over 23 years. He is well at home in building partnerships and networks with key business decision makers to drive needed results. Joseph’s career in Enterprise Group has seen him navigate from national service in Enterprise Insurance through to Executive Director and currently CEO in Enterprise Trustees the pensions subsidiary of the Group. He is the President of Chamber of Corporate Trustees Ghana, a Non-Executive Director of Standard Chartered Wealth Management Company Ltd as well as 2nd Vice Chairman of University of Ghana Alumni Council. Joseph is a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative - West Africa and the Aspen Global Leadership Network. Joseph loves sports and is an avid golfer.
