- Working closely with Operations.- Monitoring incoming volumes in Queues using Genesys (as a real-time monitoring software).- Reporting Daily attendance schedule adherence of Agents in real-time.- Ensuring optimum service levels are achieved to deliver consistent performance.- Listening into calls or reviewing transcripts that are generated in real time, and intervening when necessary to avoid escalation of a difficult or unprofessional call situation.- Gathers and complies statistical information to track and monitor program performance - Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management. - Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data by effectively forecasting labor requirements and creating and managing staff schedules to accomplish a particular task on a day-to-day and hour-to-hour basis.

- Providing technical support over the phone to all IT users.- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues over the phone- Recording and resolving faults as reported on: PC’s servers, laptops and mobile- Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client’s desktop and networking environment.- Creating and maintain email profiles for users.- Ensuring that all call details are captured and entered in the logging software- Track, monitor and report on all Help Desk incidents within defined customer service levels.

- Providing advice, information and assistance to callers.- Answers customer’s queries, requests, orders or complaints about their bills, channel listing, paper view events, promos and major league sports.- Responsible for resolving technical problems on their cable, internet and home phone such as reprogramming customer’s remote control, checking the speed of their internet or activating their voicemail if needed by doing some basic troubleshooting steps.- Involved in processing orders, forms and applications thru online or over the phone.- Identifying and escalating priority issues or complaints.- Arranging appointments for engineers to attend premises & make repairs.

- Answers customer questions or inquiries via phone concerning services, products, billing, equipment, and claims with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.- Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans.

- Responsible for disconnecting circuits & telephones for either business or residential lines - Ensuring that all bulk numbers requested to be disconnected are all correct and accurate before processing the soft and hard disconnection procedures.

- Responsible for helping the customer with their queries, and generate revenue for the organization- Helping customers to register online and/or to process their orders- Giving customers information about company services and products- Building rapport and providing customer satisfaction to retain them as our existing customers
