Musician Joseph Angyal, honorary citizen of the hungarian city of Martfü, worked for 22 years as the musical leader of the norwegian national children's theater "Brageteatret" in Norway. Previously, he was a pillar member of several Hungarian pop music and jazz formations. He plays the violin, saxophone, flute, panpipe....He performs concerts with bands of different styles in the fields of jazz, jazzrock, folk music, rock, and classical music.He writes, arranges, adapts, teaches and conducts music. In 2022, he permanently moved home from Norway to Hungary."Joseph Angyal Live&Disc" and "Vitae Lux - The Light of Life" are two forms of performance with which he has recently contributed in Hungary. With professional equipment (sound and light), quality pre-recorded orchestral accompaniment, and a repertoire spanning many musical styles, he travels and performs all over the country. From 2023 august he became a member of Mandoki Soulmates Band and in August-September he is touring with the soulmates (Leslie Mandoki, Randy Brecker, Mike Stern, Al Di Meola, Bill Evans, John Helliwell-Supertramp, Till Brönner) In 2023 the Soulmates will travel to perform in Chile and China.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
