I help clients sift through the chaff and evaluate potential acquisition targets.IP LitigationPatent litigation is an expensive proposition and at times the stakes are very high. Much of my patent litigation work involves representing defendants wrongly accused of infringement. On certain occasions, I also represent plaintiffs.What do you see on the horizon?I’ve been closely monitoring the Chinese government’s and court’s increasing sophistication when it comes to enforcing IP rights.
