Between 2011 – 2014 I was responsible for managing the daily operations and activities of the TD Bank store locations and corporate offices in the bank’s Metro Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. markets. The Regional Global Security & Investigations Manager oversees investigations within Financial Crimes & Fraud Management (FC&FMG) of internal or external incidents, victimization of customers, determines causes and identifies control weaknesses, minimizing risk and reducing losses. They also manage the Physical Security and Crime Prevention operations and interacts at the Retail, Corporate, and Business Group level with to support the protection of organizational assets and human resources across all TD enterprise‐wide locations, (including remote offices). In this leadership role, the incumbent manages, and leads cross-functional teams to develop strategies and plans, conduct timely and thorough investigations, submit interim and final reports, and support other FC&FMG teams. This involves providing leadership and advice, reporting orally and in written reports, and working with law enforcement and regulators.Between 2008 – 2011 I was responsible for managing 360 TD Bank store locations in the bank’s Metro Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and Florida markets and carried out the same responsibilities above. Also successfully assisted in the integration of the security functions of acquired financial institutions.

Responsible for managing the daily security operations and activities of all Commerce Bank store locations. Supervised employees who investigate financial crime offenses committed against the Bank. Develop group goals and objectives to focus on the mitigation, elimination and disruption of internal and external fraud rings targeting the 50 billion-dollar organization. Establish appropriate metrics to measure the effectiveness of the group’s performance. Recommend solutions based on the effective metrics, data analysis, policy and procedure enhancements. Establish metrics to determine internal and external process changes to increase productivity and performance. Ensure compliance with all appropriate federal regulations. Significantly increased annual recovery percentages, recovery goals and investigation productivity for the bank each year. Successfully expanded the bank’s footprint to our Metro New York, Washington D.C. and Florida markets and when merged with TD Bank, Commerce Bank had assets in excess of 50 billion dollars and 393 stores. Served as liaison to local, state and federal authorities and appeared at judicial matters on the company’s behalf.
