At an early age Joseph Baglio realized that real estate was in his blood. Born and raised in Brooklyn, he has always had a passion for New York real estate. In the late 1990’s Joseph embarked in the industry as an intern for a commercial mortgage lender. After earning his Bachelors Degree at CUNY Brooklyn College in Business Management & Finance he worked as underwriter for commercial mortgages and small business loans. In his early twenties Joseph Baglio entered into his first development venture and never looked back. Over the years he has been responsible for the development and rehabilitation of dozens of properties throughout the 5 boroughs. Joseph was drawn to sales after meeting the president of Madison Estates and has been with the company for nearly a decade. In 2007 he became a partner in the expansion of Brooklyn’s premier real estate firm and could not be happier with the path that he has chosen and continues to travel on.Joseph is currently affiliated with REBNY, National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Brooklyn Board of Realtors, Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service, and National Association of Realtors E-Pros.
