I have obtained over fifteen years of customer service experience and served as a team leader for ten of those years. Team building through clear communication, positive motivation, and consistent follow-through is the leadership strategy I prefer. I am well organized, highly capable of multitasking and accomplish goals on time. I am passionately dedicated to what is best for my employer and always act with integrity. From May of 2017 until July of 2019, I developed new skillsets while working for Tennessee State Parks; providing a variety of professional programs for the public, assisting with marketing/park promotions, and maintaining the facilities and grounds of Norris Dam State Park. Currently, I work for Ijams Nature Center providing support for multiple upcoming projects, working with volunteer groups, and improving the landscape through the removal of invasive plant species and the restoration of native biomes.
