A SUNY Cortland graduate as a Sport Management major where I gained a variety of on-site experience. My professional background includes experiences in both physical labor and office environments. I am currently a Customer Care Specialist at Solvay Bank where my main focus is providing a great customer experience. I have gained many positive communications skills amongst customers and co-workers. I take pride in the communication and trust I have built with customers, co-workers and management. During my professional career I have taken direction and instruction well from management. I have repeatedly been called upon to provide additional assistance with co-worker functions and to cover extra work time that is needed.
