(GRIP 5 and 6)PROJECT SCOPE£1bn project for the redesign and expansion of entire London Bridge Station, in order to achieve increased passenger and rail capacity. Construction of the largest naturally ventilated street level concourse in the UK, including 66% increase in size to accommodate commercial units and other station facilities.The project also included: 9 through platforms (25% more spacious, accommodating longer trains), 6 terminating platforms, state of the art control room, 7 new lifts and 90 new retail units.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY; Aside to Modelling duties, I was also responsible for training the the Trainers throughout the duration of the project for 3 outsourced companies from WSP, Hyder and Costain (Main project Developer). The training covered aspects including best practices for the As-built process. Additional Responsibilities: - Central point of contact for project coordination in the utilisation of NavisWork management tool for all major engineering departments. - Role breakdown - Modelling (90%) , Management (10%)- Lead modeler on Major aspects of Street Concourse and shopping arcade.- Liaised with GRIP 6 team responding STQs and prepared the final stage drawings for delivery.

BIM modelled in less than one month.Iverson Road - £7 MillionA timber based apartment building - fully BIM modelled. Developed new elements that showed all layers of glulam being used - able to extract accurate quantities and data that the QA was able to price the project.Batumi Cable Car, Georgia - $5 MillionResponsibility - Responsible for modelling the two cable car stations. Cable car development in Batumi (route approx. 2 km long) links the heart of the city waterfront with the Argo Entertainment Centre development on Anuria Mountain.
