Managed all cash handling and loading services with multiple banks and ATM’s all across northern Florida. Responsible for all customer relations for the Orlando branch and oversaw the the expansion of the branch by nearly four times its starting size. Supervised all employees and daily branch activities as well as inventory management of the Orlando warehouse. Allocated time, resources, and labor to effectively grow the branch within the constrained budget. Maintained all roles and responsibilities as my previous position as Vault Administrator in addition to managerial duties as I was still the only employee in the office.

Responsibilities: Handled all vault and office duties for the Orlando location from day one of branch opening. Responsible for handling $1 - $2 million dollars in cash daily. Packed, counted, verified and organized all cash and ATM loading activities for the entire Orlando/North Florida region. Took care of all day to day office activities and maintenance as the only employee in the office and ensured field employees were properly prepared for routes.
