When I got my degree, I tried to get a job where it lines with the course I finished. I worked at a fastfood chain as a cook. We are responsible for serving the best products we have to offer, while maintaining cleanliness and following all the protocols to ensure that all our food is enjoyed by our customers. After learning so much, I decided to enter a different industry which is handling my own clothing business. I had may hardships and experiences but, it only helped me grow more. Then, I decided to enter BPO industry, where I experienced many things from handling customers to providing best services that we can to make our customers happy. I was a Customer Service Representative at first, but then I switched to being an Inbound Sales Representative. I enjoyed being a Sales Rep better and on my first few months on the team, we were able to get the number 1 spot in the whole site for having the best stats of the quarter. Now, I want to explore new industries and I am more that willing to learn anything.
