About Joseph Bartley

As the Deputy Director of N6A, C5I Readiness and Maintenance at Commander, Littoral Combat Ship Squadron Two (COMLCSRON TWO), I oversee the sustainment and modernization of non-nuclear electronics for all LCS ships homeported in Mayport, FL. I have more than 20 years of experience as a technical and program manager and a Navy veteran with an active Top Secret SCI security clearance.My core competencies include planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising the installation, operation, maintenance, and certification testing of all electronic C5I systems on board the LCS ships, as well as ensuring adequate security for information technology systems.
