I am a founding partner of Persona Pizza Holdings. I created Persona to give the guest the best possible pizza made in under 90 seconds for a very fair price. We specialize in Neapolitan style pizza using only the highest quality ingredients. We make the pizza fresh right in front of the guest in an assembly line format where they can be directly involved in the creation of their own pizza. From there, the pizza bakes in a wood fired oven and is delivered piping hot to the guest in under 90 seconds.
