Quickly promoted from Delivery Representative to Dispatcher. Oversaw the medication staging process and managed a staff of over 50 internal and external delivery representatives. Maintained high accuracy ratings and timely product deliveries, even as business rapidly expanded. Set up routes and ensured appropriate staffing coverage to accommodate guaranteed on timedelivery of On-Demand orders. Staged emergency stat and other medication orders for 60 facilities throughout Connecticut.

Picked and Shipped Insurance Forms orders for Customers throughout the United States. I was also involved with the Receiving of Product as well as stocking the material using high-reach and swing fork lift trucks. Duties also included performing cycle inventory counts.

I worked in multiple areas of the Warehouse beginning in stock replenishment and then moving to order selection. I advanced to the position of Power Truck Operator where I performed various functions including receiving of truck load stock, placement of received stock into racks using high reach forklift vehicles and selection of bulk orders for Customers. I also worked in the Consolidation of pulled orders to prepare the final checks of the product for shipment to Customers.
