Computers have been my passion since I was a very young child, back when I would break the only computer in the house, and have to fix it before the parents got home. I've been building and repairing computers since they begrudgingly allowed me to build my own at the age of thirteen. After high-school I took a job as a retail associate at Staples, and very quickly was absorbed into the easy-tech computer repair division. This eventually lead to being the only on-site repair tech in the building, after only a year of employment. After another year of working as a repair-tech, I was offered a position as a Foodrunner, and then very quickly a Bar Back position. The hours no longer would co-operate, and I made the decision to leave Staples.As a new Bar Back I was required to pick up the pace, or be left behind. Xfinity Live is a massive company, being able to hold thousands of occupants. If I wasn't able to pick up the slack and get to work, there would have been no work for me to go to. On my FIRST shift as a bar back, both of my fellow bar backs got fired and I was required to figure out how to do the night with just two of us, after my manager promoted another foodrunner on the spot. Xfinity Live has given me some of the greatest work experiences I could ask for. I've had to deal with extremely intoxicated customers, crowds of thousands of people stuck shoulder to shoulder. Having worked here in the midst of an eagles game has given me patience, and experience with crowds beyond anyone's control.
