Provide support and administration for Land departments systems and applications. Perform internal audits and develop reporting tools. Analyze and complete data conversion provided by 3rd parties during acquisitions and document the required mapping of data for scripting to the QLS System. Facilitate and coordinate testing of new releases/patches and network upgrades in test and production environments with the vendor and IT while adhering to SOX compliance and controls in place for system access and changes. Performed major application version upgrades for both Quorum Land Suite (QLS) and Quorum Query Module (QQM), including building and executing testing plans, and managing fixes for a portion of QLS and for all use of QQM). Coordinated efforts with our internal and external stakeholders for patches and enhancements for our Land systems. Troubleshoot, tracked, and tested for errors and enhancements to the systems. Provided training to end users of our Land system. Built reports that required high levels of customization as needed by stakeholders. Responsible for all reports involving acreage for business planning purposes and SEC reporting. Developed processes and workflows for better efficiency for end users. Was the point of contact with vendor for implementation of our Documentum document management system and with vendor for migration of over 700,000 documents from Sharepoint to Documentum.

Used Kofax Capture to scan, quality check, and import searchable pdf documents to our document management systems. Developed and implemented a scanning process for the business unit including developing the cover sheet template used.
