Led team of 72. o Produced zero injuries, won the President's Safety Award, and recertified the plant to ISO 9001 audit with zero findings and a positive comment from the audit report on the state of the plant's 5S.o Completed a rapid ramp up of welders, machinists, assemblers, and painters in a competitive hiring environment which increased monthly output by 53% from 2,444 to 3,730 in just three months with an RIR of 0 and 100% on-time performance.o Implemented an end-of-line test fixture for crawler track assemblies which reduced assembly and functional verification costs by 30%. o Managed the relocation of the Manitowoc Corporate Office from Manitowoc to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and prepared for sale in just three months.
