Assist in all five phases of the intelligence cycle (Planning, Collection, Processing, Analysis, and Dissemination) towards the development of intelligence information. Assist military and veteran services director in working with student veterans, military students, and potential students enrolled at Regis University. Create, coordinate, and facilitate student veteran events: Veteran Day, speakers, service trips, social engagements, professional development, etc. Conduct outreach with various organizations on and off campus (VetEx, SVA, RSVA, Homeless Coalition, etc.

Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk. Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
