While working for the Student Ability Success Center at SDSU I reviewed and revised transportation schedules to ensure increased efficiency. Aided in the planning, research and development, and implementation of department policies and procedures. Coordinated special projects to accomplish department objectives and other tasks requested by the department manager. Organized and assigned workers to their designated pickup. Carefully and efficiently transport students and teachers to their destination on the SDSU campus.

Used Agile Methodologies to improve the design and functionality of CAM software ESPRIT EDGE. Documented bugs and crashes within software with step-by-step instructions to reproduce bugs. Technical writings teaching users how to use new functionality within ESPRIT EDGE. Attended daily Agile Ceremonies and analyzed sprint metrics.

During the Summer of 2022 I worked as a Busser at BJ's Restaurant. During my time here I learned how to be more observant and aware. In this case I was observing dirty tables, recently finished plates, and low levels of ice at the beverage station. I learned the most effective way to cycle around the restaurant in order to complete the things that I needed to get done so that the restaurant was in the cleanest state for our customers.

While working at Play it Again Sports I personally assisted customers with their sports and fitness needs. Had a personal connection with customers at this small business and gave my strong advice based on previous knowledge in sports and fitness. I did research on equipment to buy for the store while negotiating prices with customers that were looking to sell their equipment. Quickly and efficiently worked with others to unload trucks at any time of the day. Personally, closed the store and the register at the end of the day.
