Management Experience - Tasked with auditing store inventory to bring a negative inventory balance in the 20,000s to within the mandated 100 units. Weekly audits were completed to continue low inventory deviations, which improved store profits. - Vigorously detail oriented to ensure all weekly shipments, invoices, and inventory audits were processed promptly and accurately. Shipments on average contained $250,000 worth of product. - Tasked to coordinate and assist vendors, distribution centers, and 146 stores. Projects- Delineated a watershed and precipitation analysis of Bozeman, MT water supply. The analysis discovered trends that led to further discovery of desired snowpack and air temperatures to promote water sustainability for a growing town. - Engaged in personal research to create a Least Cost Analysis of species in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem which was presented at the MSU Earth Sciences Colloquium. Voted as top 3 projects presented.- Worked with a team to map, survey, and structure a geographic analysis of Little Bear Canyon that allows EMS, Forest Service, and Gallatin County to access and navigate the area precisely with ease.- Presented a proposal of a tier 1 risk assessment for phosphorus affecting Blue Claw Crabs in the Susquehanna River.Vice President - Montana State Men's Lacrosse - Implemented and executed a COVID response plan that kept the team performing according to university and state guidelines. - Managed and maintained a team budget to keep player dues at a minimum while providing excellent travel accommodations to players, coaches, and families. - Honored to be one of two players to earn scholarship.
