Worked with a team on campus to provide information to students about matters of concern to them. Focused semester campaign on educating students on what they needed to know about healthcare insurance law changes resulting from the Affordable Care Act. Made connections with professors, journalists, and others who were able to assist in educating students on what they need to know before they graduate.

Assisted customers with finding the correct part that is needed to fix their car. Had to deal with customers who expected me to be fully knowledgable about how to help, and had to be professional and proficient in suggesting repairs.
