Work with local businesses to promote products and services. Work closely with Chambers of Commerce to promote financial awareness and economic development. Work with local schools and churches to promote education and financial stability. Work with branch managers and staff to create exciting and innovative sales strategies for current and potential members.

I work throughout the community in both the Dothan and Ozark areas to create strong and lasting relationships between existing members and employer groups with All In, as well as introducing potential members to the advangtages and benefits of joining us as members. We work close with local organizations and teach budgeting and money management classes, as well as Money Matters classes to local children and youth. I am always happy to set up one of these classes for any that may be interested. To new businesses or businesses that are hiring new employees, we offer "Sign Up Days", where we can come out to a given employer location and sign new members up, rather than having the potential member make a trip to our branch. This is a quick and convenient way to service these employers and employees.

As a Risk Management Specialist, I am responsible for monitoring overdrafted accounts and contacting members and discussing when these overdrafted accounts will be collected. I am responisible for collecting needed funds within certain timeframes.

As a Member Service Specialist, I am responsible for assisting both new and present members in choosing the right financial strategies for meeting their needs. This is done by looking at where their money may be kept safely. I am responsible for making our members feel comfortable with our credit union and showing them how we are different from other financial institutions. Day to day, I am responsible for opening new accounts, discussing financial plans, and implementing new marketing strategies.
