I was responsible for the independent sales of Leeman Labs instruments and accessories including ICP spectroscopy instruments (>$100,000 systems), Mercury analyzers, direct metal analyzers, related software and services in the southeast territory. I developed personal and Internet based tools for improving the efficiency of territory coverage for the entire sales team. I organized and presented sales seminars, meetings and materials to represent Leeman Labs at trade shows, conferences and hosted user group meetings. Post-sale customer support via telephone and e-mail was also required to maintain high customer satisfaction. Leeman ICPs are used extensively for wear metals analysis for industrial engines and drive trains.
