I am currently a Materials Analyst at Amplify, a company that provides innovative solutions for customer engagement and retention. I research and organize data points within Salesforce to ensure informed decision-making on customer accounts. I also scrub, export, and present data to teams and customers in a concise and accessible format, using various tools and techniques.Before joining Amplify in Aug 2022, the bulk of my professional skills were developed as the Program Manager of Compass Point Services, a fast-paced travel and event company designed for helping adults with special needs. I coordinated with the Executive and Program Directors to ensure the company ran smoothly and efficiently while advocating for those with special needs to attain better lives. I was the "Swiss Army Knife" of the organization, handling multiple projects and tasks, from budgeting and scheduling to communication and logistics. I learned to see challenges as opportunities to overcome, not avoid, and to work with a diverse and passionate team.I have a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Communication and Media Studies from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where I developed my skills in verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and media analysis. I am proficient in project management software, such as Smartsheets and Trello, as well as data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
