Raised in Columbus, Ohio, Joe attended The Ohio State University and Hondros College of Business. He became an Ohio licensed realtor in 1993 and joined Metro II Realty in January 2014. Prior to beginning his residential real estate sales career, he spent over ten years in property management, where he built an extensive background in that facet of real estate, having managed several large multi-family communities throughout Central Ohio. During his real estate career he has gained expertise in corporate relocation and new construction, as he co-oped with a number of builders. In addition, he spent two years selling new construction condominiums for a local builder. He has a vast knowledge of the Central Ohio area and actively works in both Franklin and Delaware Counties. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Southern Delaware County Realtors Association, has earned the CBR Million Dollar sales award and the BIA $2 Million sales award. He is very detail oriented and client focused. Joe’s main objective is to ensure that his clients have an enjoyable experience accomplishing their real estate objectives. Joe, his wife Diana and son John have lived in Powell for the past 20 years. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf with his friends and son, as well as following the PGA Tour. He is also a devoted Ohio State University sports fan and Columbus Blue Jacket fan.
