As the Deputy to the Troop Commander at Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) and The Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG). I manage and oversee Personnel (S1), Operations and Training (S3), Logistics (S4), Information Technology (S6) and Financial Resources (S8) along with 3 Companies which support the Army’s mission and readiness in the domains of Medical treatment facilities and The Surgeon General. I have more than 34 years of combined civilian and military experience in personnel, manpower, program management, and senior management analysis, and I hold an MBA and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.I am a results-driven, enterprising leader who excels at solving complex problems, using innovative approaches, and leading by example. I have a passion for creating documented success stories and ensuring the best mission capability for the Army.
