During my time supporting Marco Romani, Director of European Operations, I honed my research and educational development skills. I conducted in-depth research for administrative and educational projects, ensuring alignment with both organizational and student needs. For Paideia teachers, I designed and implemented toolsets to enhance their ability to deliver effective instruction. Additionally, I analyzed teaching methods and lesson plans, aiming to optimize learning experiences for both students and educators. Leveraging this research, I developed a comprehensive Latin and Ancient Greek curriculum specifically designed to promote fluency for beginners with minimal language experience.
