• Directly oversee $30M in capital improvements, infrastructure and renovations from multi-month to multi-year projects/programs on a national basis, on time and within budget.• Assume accountability for $20M+ in operating expenses for single and multiple properties, including repair, maintenance and renovation projects and monitoring for compliance, costs and quality control. • Serve as subject matter expert and client-facing point person for critical HVAC systems, electrical and computer automation systems for data centers constructed across North America. • Secure cost estimates and control costs of work performed by internal and external vendors and teams of up to 40 across diverse utility, construction and maintenance projects.• Serve as Project Manager to include preparing budgets for maintenance projects, overseeing project execution, resolving complex problems, preparing progress reports, and authorizing payments. • Drive impactful business analysis, long-range forecasting and planning, and operate proactively towards defined objectives that positively affect expense management and profit improvement.• Collaborate with various business unit leasers to fully understand requirements for business enhancements, resulting in a beneficial “big picture” view that takes into account all the components needed to succeed. • Regularly interface with executive management teams to develop yearly capital and expense budgets, review strategic plans, and provide advisement regarding space and support services.
