Responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Growth Target-setting, Design execution, new Market entries, and Policy/Agreement reviews. Pizza Hut's Corporate and Franchisee portfolios built a record number of new restaurants in 2021 creating 15,000+ new jobs.

Led KFC's restaurant Development and Expansion across 130+ countries, in partnership with our Global and Business Unit CDOs. Responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Growth Target-setting, Capital Analysis, Design execution, new Market entries, and Policy/Agreement reviews. KFC Global's Corporate and Franchisee portfolios built over 1,000 new restaurants in 2018.

Add Hope is administered by KFC South Africa’s Social Responsibility Trust, feeding over 120,000 children daily in partnership with over 100 South Africa partner beneficiaries. The Trustees guide the direction, administration and governance of corporate and customer donations as well as beneficiary selection and partnership in a voluntary capacity.

Led a team of 20 professionals with responsibility for all aspects of KFC Africa’s restaurant Development and Expansion across 17 sub-Saharan countries. Responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Development Pipeline Management, Portfolio Optimization, Capital Analysis, and Design execution, as well as new country entries. KFC Africa's Corporate and Franchisee portfolios will build, remodel or relocate over 250 restaurants in 2018.

Responsible for all Financial and IT elements of KFC’s Franchisee and Corporate-owned businesses in sub-Saharan Africa—representing over 1,000 restaurants and over $1 Billion in System Sales in key Emerging Africa markets. Led a team of 45+ Financial, Accounting & IT Professionals. Responsibilities included Strategic Planning, Financial reporting and analysis, Franchisee Financial partnership and deal approval, IT Systems and Digital Innovation.

Responsible for all Financial and IT elements of Yum!’s KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell Franchisee businesses in Canada—approximately 1,000 restaurants and over $1 Billion in System Sales. Led a team of 25+ Financial, Accounting & IT Professionals. Responsibilities included Strategic Planning, Financial reporting and analysis, Franchisee Financial partnership and deal approval, Digital Innovation and Website creation. Also served as a Board Member for United Purchasing Group of Canada, Yum!s key Supply Chain partner.

Responsible for Long-term and Annual Growth planning, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Capital strategy for all International business units of KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell in 120+ countries.

Responsible for Long-term and Annual Sales strategy and planning for the KFC US business units, including shaping Marketing/Operational proposals to Yum!/KFC Brand/Franchisee System leadership.

Responsible for championing strategic initiatives to Brand/System leadership through detailed test analysis and test reviews and providing financial planning/guidance for national marketing windows. Also, delivered key cross-functional “Data Optimization Project”—updating data structure and creating interactive reporting tools.
