As executive director of NLACED, I have the honor and responsibility for our organization's capital funding and activities as steward and chief agent. I provide leadership by responding to federal, interstate, local public policy, legislation, and initiatives. I maintain an active and passionate esteemed board of directors that are engaged in the global and neighborhood issues of Americans on both sides of the Pacific ocean especially as it pertains to small business and community development in Indochina and California for Americans of Southeast Asian descent and ethnicity.
