I was responsible for the upkeep of the companies computers and printers and the network between them, for generating word and excel documents to meet stringent specifications for both content and deadlines, such documents included awards, negative and positive counselings, a running very detailed count of personal information for everyone in the company. I was responsible for the security of this data including addresses, social security numbers and phone numbers.I taught myself a lot about efficient excel use making complex custom formulas to automate spreadsheet updates almost entirely the goal was to make them as much of their own program as administrative permissions would allow. I was considered the go-to person for any issues with computers or Microsoft office to the point where people were having me help out in other companies (which I was always glad to do).
