I am experienced in planning, budgeting, research, monitoring and evaluation, economic and technical cooperation and investments and debt analysis. As a former diplomat I was responsible for economic, trade, investments and tourism promotion and cooperation. I also worked on disarmament and humanitarian issues, crisis and conflict management, conflict resolution and development within the international (global) development agenda.Currently, I am Principal Economist, in the Ministry of Finance of Zambia vested with the responsibility of mobilization of external resources and technical assistance from multilateral cooperating partners in order to finance and facilitate implementation of government programmes.
