Planning and development of the underground lines network in the new district HafenCity in Hamburg Germany (currently Europe’s largest inner-city development project):- Planning and technical development of networks of power, water, gas, district heating, telecommunication and sewer lines in coordination with contractor companies and authorities.- Development of construction phases and work schedules in coordination with all involved project participants to ensure the progress of the project in line with the timelines.- Supervising of lines constructions work.- Involvement in the global development process of the HafenCity district. Participation at weekly planning meetings.

Management of the construction, development and installation of the Company’s advertising structures (2000 Bus shelters, 600 advertising panels) in the city of Hamburg as part of the new contract with the city authorities.- Leading of the construction project team by JC-Decaux Hamburg.- Planning of the construction and coordination of the sub-contractors. - Coordination of the construction with authorities, bus operators and energy contractors.- Supply Chain management in coordination with company's headquarter in Paris and production in China.- Quality inspection and conformity.- Construction cost control.
