Joseph Chiavatti hails from Orange County, California and grew up in a real estate family. This passion has led to him being an advocate and tool-builder for real estate agents and consumers alike.Joseph is now the Founder of the brokerage Palm & Ridge Real Estate (brokered by Side), on the Board of Directors for Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, a 2024 California Association of REALTORS® Director and an advisor for technology companies who build technology products for real estate professionals. Under Joseph's leadership, Palm & Ridge Real Estate has become known by homebuyers and sellers in the Orange County area as a brokerage with a streamlined client process that allows buyers or sellers to focus on their move while the company handles the nitty gritty details of the home selling and buying journey. Joseph has helped consult and lead technology companies across the real estate technology (coined, PropTech) space building tools to help agents and consumers with home showings and tours, offer submission and management, transaction collaboration and more. His niche in the field is helping technology companies build technology that real estate agents will actually adopt and intersecting the company's product with their marketing message. For fun, you can find Joseph cheering on the Anaheim Ducks, golfing, or volunteering at his church and in the community. He loves spending time with his wife, Rachel, infant son Tenor, and their dog, Max, whom they adore.
