Internal – Solar Business Case- Developed the business case, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and core company offerings, for Deloitte to pursue solar IRA RFPs and build relationships with state energy offices.

- Participated monthly in 15+ Solar Energy Industry Association committee meetings to form solar policy at the federal, state, and local levels and better advocate for policies beneficial to the renewables industry. - Lobbied on Capitol Hill against a Congressional Review Act resolution that would have exposed solar panel and cell importers to retroactive duties resulting in 4 GW of canceled solar projects in 2023.- Identified opportunities to develop new revenue streams by capitalizing on direct pay provisions in the IRA.

- Coordinated and attended 50+ congressional meetings to build relationships and lobby for support against detrimental trade petitions, collaboratively garnered signatures from 85 House members and 22 senators. - Published a monthly, company-wide government affairs newsletter outlining trade issues (Section 201 tariffs and trade cases), legislation (ITC and manufacturing tax credits), and state policy (siting and interconnection).

- Revised internal compliance procedures to better reflect current industry challenges by researching policies from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
