Joe Cicali is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience driving process-driven results to companies in the mortgage and finance industries. Joe serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for UMortgage. In his role, Joe helps UMortgage’s Loan Originators better support their buyers with streamlined processes achieved through the platform’s innovative tech stack and leads an AI transformation in the loan process to enhance sales and operational efficiency. Prior to his time at UMortgage, Joe served as Chief Strategy Officer at Garden State Home Loans, a New Jersey-based brokerage. As CSO of Garden State, he led the local brokerage to produce an average of 600 loans per month with a small force of just 50 team members through the implementation of a data-driven approach to its sales strategy and the use of advanced technologies to utilize automations that improve brokers’ operational efficiencies. Before his accomplishments at GSHL, Joe was Chief Executive Officer at ARIVE. In this role for the innovative loan origination software company, he advanced tech offerings to help users streamline their use of the software and leverage new features to grow their businesses.
